RCDS is a New York State Department of Health (DOH) approved Early Intervention service provider. We provide quality-based developmental services for children from birth to age three. RCDS also provides preschool services for eligible children, ages 3 to 5, residing in Rockland and Orange Counties.

Every child is unique; they grow and achieve developmental milestones at different rates. Parents often wonder if their child is following the typical pattern and pace of development. That’s where RCDS can help.

At RCDS we are committed to helping families with concerns about their child’s development. We work collaboratively with parents to assist and empower families to meet their child’s needs through a variety of home and community-based developmental services. Our program is tailored to meet a child’s individual needs and enhance their development in regards to speech, behavior, physical, social/emotional or self-help skills. Our team of licensed and/or certified professionals can evaluate, as well as treat eligible children with a family-centered approach to quality care.

RCDS serves young children and their families residing in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Rockland and Orange Counties.
